Duties

• Managing & Growing an international community of users interested in Crypto & Gaming

• Finding meaningful ways of collaborating with existing communities across the world

• Organizing digital events that connect the community to resources, and each other

• Managing all social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Discord, Telegram and Youtube

• Building out and maintaining the social media calendar

• Working with internal teams to create content for the social media accounts

• Responding to and moderating social media and community channels

• Keeping a pulse on what’s top of mind for the community and communicating with internal teams to produce relevant and timely content

• Tracking and improving the performance of all social media and community initiatives

Requirements

• You are comfortable with setting up dashboards and using analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives

• You are proficient in spoken and written English

• You have a way with words and can write copy that’s engaging

• You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment

• You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

• Have blockchain knowledge

• Are passionate about Gaming

• You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team

• You have 1-3 years of experience in social media and external community facing roles
